Overseas Central

Overseas Prime

Executive District
Launched in May 2019, the Executive Block of the Capital Smart City was the talk of the town back in the days the Capital Smart City project was launched. This was mainly because the developers allowed the investors to shift their plots from the previous location from the eGeneral Block to the Executive Block District 1. After 24 May 2019, the time limit for such conversions ended, and an additional amount of 30% was paid for booking new plots in this block. The plot sizes in this block range from 5 to 7 to 10 to 12 Marla and 1 to 2 Kanal.
Capital Smart City Location:
Capital Smart City, situated on the periphery of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, can be reached within a drive of 5 minutes from the New Islamabad International Airport.
The CSC is also accessible from the Lahore-Islamabad M-2 Motorway. It is 9.2km away from the M-2 Motorway Toll Plaza. In addition, one can also access this city from the eastern CPEC (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor) route. Moreover, on 4th February 2022, the National Highway Authority (NHA) approved a Motorway Interchange dedicated to this project.
Capital Smart City NOC (No Objection Certificate) Approved:
In September 2019, the No Objection Certificate (NOC) of Capital Smart City Islamabad was approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority(RDA), making Capital Smart City a legal housing project.
Becoming a NOC-approved society is an onerous but important task. Investors and buyers are hesitant to invest in a society that is not legal. Once announced as legal, the approval is considered a milestone.
Capital Smart City Master Plan:
