The payment plans reflect the aim of flexible pricing as positioned by the owners of these colossal projects. Following are the Payment Plans for various blocks in the Lahore Smart City.
Beginning from the latest Payment Plan produced by the developers to the older ones, you will find it all on this page. Each Payment Plan is followed by an option to download the plan. Executive Block Residential 2022 Details:
In 2022, the owners released another payment plan It is undoubtedly a flexible plan. With different pricing for various plot sizes, the planners have put forward a workable plan.
For 5 Marla, one has to initially submit the booking price of Rs268,500, followed by a confirmation amount of Rs268,500. The remaining amount could be submitted in 12 quarterly portions.
For 7 Marla, one has to give the booking price of Rs349,000, after which a confirmation price of Rs349,000 is necessary. This is followed by 12 quarterly installments of Rs232,300, eventually summing up to a total of Rs,3,490,000.
For 10 Marla, a booking price of Rs494,000 has to be submitted. The booking amount is followed by a confirmation price of Rs494,000. The remaining amount can be given in a flexible period of 12 Quarters. The total amount should sum up to Rs4,945,000.
For 12 Marla, there is a booking price of Rs542,000, a confirmation amount of Rs542,000, while the remaining amount could be paid in 12 Quarterly installments, summing up to Rs.5,425,000.
For 1 Kanal, there is a booking price of Rs805,000, a confirmation amount of Rs805,000, while the remaining amount could be paid in 12 Quarterly installments, summing up to Rs.8,050,000.
Overseas Block Residential 2022 Details:
Similar, to other blocks, this is also undoubtedly a flexible plan. With different pricing for various plot sizes, the planners have put forward a ductile plan.
For 5 Marla, one has to initially submit the booking price of Rs284,500, followed by a confirmation amount of Rs284,500. The remaining amount could be submitted in 12 quarterly portions. It makes a total of Rs2,845,000.
For 7 Marla, one has to give the booking price of Rs370,000, after which a confirmation price of Rs370,000 is necessary. This is followed by 12 quarterly installments of Rs246,300, summing up to a total of Rs,3,700,000.
For 10 Marla, a booking price of Rs532,000 has to be submitted. The booking amount is followed by a confirmation price of Rs532,000. The remaining amount can be given in a flexible period of 12 Quarters. The total amount should sum up to Rs5,325,000.

Executive Block Residential 2021 Details:
For 7 Marla, one has to pay a Rs282,000 booking price and Rs282,000 confirmation price. This is followed by 14 Quarterly installments of Rs161,150 which sum up to Rs2,820,000.

For 7 Marla, one had to pay a Rs297,500 booking price and a Rs297,500 confirmation price. This was followed by 14 Quarterly installments of Rs170,000 which summed up to Rs2,975,000.
For 12 Marla, there was a booking and confirmation price of Rs450,000 each, followed by 14 Quarterly Installments of Rs257,150. This summed up to a total amount of Rs4,500,000.

For 5 Marla, the booking price was Rs180,000, and the confirmation price was Rs180,000. This was followed by 14 Quarterly Installments of Rs102,800, which eventually summed up to Rs1,800,000.
For 10 Marla, the booking price and confirmation price were Rs330,000 each. After this, one had to pay 14 Quarterly Installments of Rs188,500. This summed up to Rs3,300,000.

For 5 Marla, the booking price was Rs190,000, and the confirmation price was Rs190,000. This was followed by 14 Quarterly Installments of Rs108,500, which eventually summed up to Rs1,900,000.
For 10 Marla, the booking price and confirmation price were Rs340,000 each. After this, one had to pay 14 Quarterly Installments of Rs194,500. This summed up to Rs3,400,000.
1 Kanal required a booking and confirmation amount of Rs550,000, after which a 14 Quarterly Installment of Rs314,500 was required. These summed up to a total of Rs.5,500,000.
Lahore Smart City Commercial Payment Plan
Executive Block Commercial 2021 Details:
For 4 Marla Commercial Plots, the booking and confirmation prices are Rs895,000 each. After this, one has to pay 12 Quarterly Installments of Rs596,700. This sums up to a total of Rs8,950,000.
Then, for 8 Marla Commercial in Executive Block, one has to pay a booking price of Rs1,745,000 and a confirmation price of Rs1,754,000. After this, 12 Quarterly installments of Rs1,163,500 are required. The total price of such plots is Rs17,450,000.
Overseas Block Commercial 2021 Details:
For 4 Marla Commercial Plots, the booking and confirmation prices are Rs945,000 each. After this, one has to pay 12 Quarterly Installments of Rs630,000. This sums up to a total of Rs9,450,000.
For 8 Marla Commercial in Executive Block, one has to pay a booking price of Rs1,795,000 and a confirmation price of Rs1,794,000. After this 12 Quarterly installments of Rs1,196,700 are required. The total price of such plots is Rs17,950,000
